Platform Usage

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and turbo6c ("Platform", "we"). By registering an account, accessing the website, or using any turbo6c service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to stop using the turbo6c platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms will be considered acceptance of the updated version.

turbo6c operates under an international licence and complies with all applicable regulatory requirements. Our services are intended for adult users who meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

2. User Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use turbo6c services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be 21 years of age or older — This age limit is absolute and cannot be waived for any reason.
• Register only one account per individual. Duplicate registrations or holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full name, identity card number (MyKad), mobile phone number, and a valid email address.
• Not act on behalf of any other individual or entity while using the platform.
• Keep your account password confidential. turbo6c is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by user negligence.
• Ensure your use of the platform complies with all laws and regulations in force in your area of residence.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

turbo6c provides several payment methods for the convenience of our members. All financial transactions are handled in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) except for cryptocurrency methods.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX (including major local banks)
• Boost eWallet
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC, and ETH

Minimum deposit amount: RM10 for all payment methods.
Minimum withdrawal amount: RM100 for all payment methods.
Withdrawal processing time: Within 1 hour from the time the request is successfully verified.

All withdrawal requests are subject to standard identity verification. Members may be asked to submit supporting documents such as a copy of their MyKad or bank statement before a first withdrawal can be processed. This is a standard security measure to protect your account.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

turbo6c offers various promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings from those bonuses can be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. The applicable wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received.

Verified calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Account balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 10 = RM1,000
• Deposit RM800 → Bonus RM300 (maximum limit) → Account balance RM1,100 → Wagering requirement: RM300 × 10 = RM3,000

Additional bonus conditions that apply to all turbo6c promotions:

• Bonuses may only be used within the turbo6c platform and cannot be transferred.
• turbo6c reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence of misuse or fraud.
• Each member is only eligible for one welcome bonus. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Other promotions such as cashback, referral bonuses, or seasonal promotions have their own conditions that will be communicated when the promotion is launched.
• turbo6c reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5. Game Rules and Betting

All games available on the turbo6c platform are powered by software using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring fairness and transparency in every game round.

General conditions that apply to all games on turbo6c:

• Game results are final once a round is complete and cannot be disputed unless a technical error can be proven.
• If a technical disruption occurs during a game, turbo6c will resolve the situation based on saved server data.
• Members are not permitted to use any automated software, bots, or unauthorised tools to interact with the platform.
• Any attempt to manipulate games or the payment system will result in account termination and disclosure of information to the relevant authorities.
• The maximum and minimum betting limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface.

For sports betting, including mix parlay and esports, all accepted bets are final unless a match is officially cancelled or postponed. The relevant sport-specific rules will apply according to the type of sport and league.

6. User Conduct and Prohibitions

By using the turbo6c platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Use of offensive language, threats, or harassment towards other users or turbo6c support staff.
• Any form of collusion or cooperation with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Transferring funds between member accounts for the purpose of unlawfully meeting wagering requirements (chip dumping).
• Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system. Members who discover a technical error are required to report it to customer support.
• Sharing account login details with any other party.
• Making false claims or being deceptive in dealings with turbo6c customer support.

turbo6c reserves the right to take action against any violation, including official warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination depending on the severity of the violation.

7. Responsible Gambling

turbo6c takes our responsibility towards user well-being seriously. Gambling should be an entertainment activity managed wisely, not a source of income or a way to resolve financial problems.

Key principles of responsible gambling at turbo6c:

• Set deposit, wagering, and loss limits to control your spending.
• Use the cooling-off feature if you need time away from betting activity.
• A self-exclusion programme is available for members who wish to stop playing temporarily or permanently.
• Do not play when you are stressed, upset, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Do not borrow money to gamble.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

turbo6c reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
• Breach of the age requirement (21+).
• A request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Members may also apply to close their own account at any time by contacting turbo6c customer support. Prior to account closure, any balance eligible for withdrawal will be processed according to standard procedures, subject to all relevant wagering requirements having been met.

9. Liability Limits and Disclaimer

The turbo6c platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption, turbo6c does not guarantee that the service will always be available, free from errors, or meet any particular expectations of users.

To the extent permitted by law, turbo6c is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from betting activity carried out by users.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or third-party interference.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.

10. Amendments to Terms and Notification

turbo6c reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to members via:

• In-platform notification upon login
• Email to the address registered on the member's account
• Updates to this Terms & Conditions page with a new effective date

Continued use of the turbo6c platform after the effective date of an amendment is considered your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amendment, you have the right to close your account before the amendment takes effect.
